This is an absolutely gorgeous, epic piece by Ellis. Each wooden box was hand built, then hand titled, signed, and dated by the artist. His trademark black and silver "Flow" painting elements were silkscreened onto a large format photograph and then cut into 10 parts that form a nautilus spiral shape in the installation sequence. The dimensions of each piece are sequenced in the exact proportions according to the Fibonacci Sequence or Golden Ratio. Includes formal numbered Colophon page documenting the project. See additional photos for more details. Just a stunning piece.
